How to order an item?

1. Navigate to the Homepage and select a category or click "Shop" in the top navigation.

2. On the product page, add your chosen scarf to the Cart and proceed to Checkout.

Can I Modify an Order After Finalization?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified once confirmed as they are processed automatically. If you wish to purchase additional items, please place a new order. For returns, refer to our Returns & Exchanges Page.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within a 24-hour window after purchase. To cancel, visit our Cancel My Order Page. After this period, orders are processed automatically and cannot be cancelled.

What If I Haven't Received an Order Confirmation Email Within 24 Hours?

First, check your spam folder to ensure our emails from cviera.com or connyvieradesigns.com are not being blocked. If you still haven't received the confirmation email, contact us through our Contact Us Page for assistance.

How Does the Refund Process Work for Returned Gifts?

Refunds for gifts are issued to the original payment account for security purposes. We are unable to refund to a different account.

Can I Receive a Refund on a Different Credit Card Than the One Used for the Purchase?

For security reasons, refunds can only be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.
